My order showed up totally fine and everything was good, but wow, the shipping cost felt a little dramatic. I’m not saying it ruined my day... but I did stare at it like it personally betrayed me. Would definitely be happier if it were a bit lower.

The description was accurate overall, so I pretty much got what I expected. I did notice a small difference from what I had in mind, though. Did anyone else have the same issue?

The menus felt a bit slow to respond... i found them kind of confusing to navigate at times...

I’d say I might order from Shop Lune again, but only if I found something I really wanted. Overall, my experience was okay. The website was easy to browse, and my order did show up, just later than I expected. The item itself was fine — not something that blew me away, but not disappointing either. I did reach out to customer support and they got back to me, though it wasn’t exactly quick. So yeah, not a bad experience, just not perfect.

I ended up finding what I needed, so that was good. A few sizes were out though, which makes me think they must be popular. I’d probably check back again or see what other people are grabbing before ordering next time

I was hoping to pay with PayPal, since that’s usually straightforward, but apparently only card payments actually worked for me. Not the end of the world, of course, just a little annoying when the option you want is basically there in spirit

I ordered something from shoplune, but when it arrived, the size just wasn’t right. I remember feeling that little sinking feeling because returns can be such a hassle, and I was worried I’d be waiting forever for the refund. But after they received the return, the money was back on my card in about 4 days. I did send one email just to check on it, and they replied without any issue. Overall, not bad at all.

I’m giving 1 star because trying to track this order turned into way too many steps for no reason. It stayed on “label created” for days, then randomly switched to “in transit,” but there was still no real location, no delivery date, and nothing helpful to go on.

I kept refreshing, checking links, looking for updates, and it just felt like a mess. No clear answer from the tracking, no package, and a lot of waiting around. really frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from shoplune.com again

I tried checking out a few times, maybe three or four, and it just kept failing without really giving me a clear reason. Not sure what was going on, but it was frustrating.

I ordered my usual size and it fit good. The sleeves were a little longer than I thought they’d be, but it wasn’t enough to bother me or anything. Overall I’m happy with it, though I’d probably say to check the size chart first just to be safe because...

I used the size guide and even measured myself twice, so I figured I was being careful. I ordered the size it recommended, but when it showed up, the fit was nowhere close.

The top was tight in one area and loose in another, which made no sense to me. Like, if the chart is supposed to match your measurements, I don’t really get how it can be wrong in two different ways at the same time.

Now I have to return it, which is just annoying. I probably wouldn’t trust the size chart again, or at least I’d be really cautious if you’re between sizes or not totally sure.

The packaging was really ripped up when it arrived, which was disappointing. It just didn’t look like it had been handled carefully at all.

I was really looking forward to using this, and it seemed like it would have been a decent product if it arrived in good shape. Unfortunately, mine showed up cracked. I contacted them expecting a replacement, but they wouldn’t send one, which was frustrating. The product itself might be fine, but the condition it arrived in and the lack of help afterward really took away from the experience.
